Employers are not interested in what you think you
can do.Their only concern is
how quickly you can perform for them.When in an interview try to relate the question to similar
experience within a separate company.
Example:
“I
know that I will be able to complete ten pages a day, because when I
worked at XYZ Company, my average was 15.
Let
the interviewer feel comfortable that someone else has trained you!
