have been working with Advantage Personnel, and Bob Rizza in particular, for
approximately 2 years and have used them almost exclusively during this time
because of their high level of service.
I have found that Advantage has responded much more quickly to my
temporary needs than any other temp agency I have tried, always having at least
several appropriates candidates for my review almost immediately after I submit
an order. In
most cases, the caliber of temps we have had working here through Advantage have
met and in some cases, even exceeded our expectations.
When there have been issues with temps, Advantage has always been quick
to remedy the situation, whether by talking to the temp to work out the problem
or providing
back-up or replacements candidates if necessary.
The entire staff at Advantage is extremely helpful and friendly and I
believe the smaller size of their company is a definite
advantage and adds the "personal" touch that I
appreciate. There is also always someone in the office to follow up with
candidates, which is very helpful due to the immediate nature of most of our
requests.
Overall,
I highly recommend Advantage to fill any temporary needs.
