Requirements

1-2 Years experience working in call center environment 

Conducting 50+ outbound client calls on a daily basis
Conflict resolution skills (steps required to satisfy client)
Database management skills (creating call logs to track client's needs) 

Software Requirements

25 wpm 
Light knowledge of MS Word and Excel
